Worse. Far worse.

Thank you for making lawyers look better by comparison.

Wow - this thread has devolved. Notice how the OP hasn't said a word since day 1. Talk about throwing a grenade into a room and walking away....

Not all issues in life are a post on Rennlist.
I hit a deer on my way home from the track , there was absolutely no question from my insurance company . I was worried though ( I left the deer hair and poop on especially )

Many times the thread title has very little to do with what is being posted. This is Rennlist. It doesn't have to make sense!

PCNA supplied parts.

Dealer covered labor.

The balance of my warranty was rendered void.

Had car repaired and traded it in on my Turbo S.

Happy now???

(By the way, the threats worked best.)
So in this case warranty 'worked' - you paid no parts and no labor.
How did they know the car was in autocross? Did you tell them? How much of the warranty did they cut off (a year or more)? Did they claim the car was 'abused' or 'misused'? Had you tracked the car? What mods were on the car? Suspension, tune, slicks? Was the car 100% OEM? Had you had any other warranty claims?

Why does New Jersey have the most toxic waste dumps and California have the most lawyers?

Sorry buddy, it was there....

The one that drips just enough so you know there is some in there, especially for those darn cars without dipsticks.

Statistically the joke fails as NJ has more lawyers per capita than CA.

Per capita, maybe, per sheer numbers, not even close.

Also, can't you just for once answer the damn question?!!!!!

If I came home late, smelling of coconut oil and glitter, I would expect this many questions from my wife.

In a car forum? Not so much.

Are you seriously asking for a straight answer from a lawyer?

Glitter is forever. Can't ever get rid of all of it. Ever. Will get you busted every time. Ask me how I know that.......
