Here you go!!
Sections B&C are gravel
Sections A, D, E and Overflow are grass. Section A does not have electric but all others do including the overflow which is still very central.
Sections F-N are paved.

Get there before it is dark. I once pulled in at night to drop off my trailer and couldn't see anything. Somehow West Virginia darkness is darker than other areas of the country!

VOLUNTEER Registration: https://clubregistration.net/events/...fm/event/10774

Registration is going swimmingly! Super swag has been ordered. Volunteer corps is filled out with a TON OF VERY EXPERIENCED FLAGGERS! Now we just need to decide what kind of beer to buy...

Flaggers who just look in our general direction would be a vast improvement!

Dropping out and staying in WV
So, Pat or anybody else:
I'm heading to Summit for the AER race Sept 11 -13 and then back there three or four days later for the PCA race. I'm considering just hanging out in Charles Town or Winchester between events. First, is there any chance I can find a place at the track or elsewhere to leave my car and open trailer for the three days? Are any of the local attractions open? Restaurants? Anybody going to be there for the member days Mon- Tue or the SPOTE event on Wed?

We stay at the Hampton Inn Winchester N/Conf center. They have a Summit Point rate - have to call and ask. Something like $100/night.

Winchester is good, Charles Town is good. Winchester has more dining choices. The Charles Town Hampton is the newest, but I have plenty of time in both Hamptons in Winchester and the Aloft there.

I normally stay at the George Washington Hotel in Winchester, VA. Its right down the block from a "cobblestone tourist street" with a few decent restaurants on it. Across the street from the hotel is a really cool cigar store.

Doing a four-day haul from Colorado. I sure hope there are RV spots available when we get there on Weds. First-come, first-serve is a bit scary.

EDIT: I misread your post - if you're showing up Wednesday, you'll be fine. Those arriving late Thursday typically have a tougher time
