KMP is fantastic! As others have mentioned, no clutch, no upset car, butter smooth shifts up and down, and so far very reliable.

Nope it doesn't do that, you pull too early it doesn't do anything, but you can just pull (well not really pull, its more like a mouse click) a few times whilst braking and she ll give you max revs on the downshift in the lower gear....

Sorry to be a Dufus but couldn't confirm 100% that these systems require a Sequential Gearbox? Assume so.
