Default ACC/PAS Not Available Driving permitted Service necessary !!

I picked up a new Panamera Turbo almost 2 months ago, and this error message keeps coming on and off every other day/week randomly.
I had my seatbelt on and still shows that the seat belt is unbuckled!

Any idea or recommendations here is really appreciated.

Thank you.

I took at the good to know app which indicates that you have a system fault which needs dealer in the adaptive cruise control system.

Default ACC Failure Service Required

Did you ever get this resolved - I have a 2020 9114S and have had intermittent ACC Not Available, Driving Permitted, Service Necessary. It only works again if I shut car off and turn it on again. I do not drive it in the rain or snow so its not the sensor getting blocked. Also I always get the Start/Stop failure at the same time - I see other posts that other people have this issue on Macan as well - any help much appreciated. Dealer tried to tell me this is normal - no way - Tells me I need to service the car

Hi, Hope all is well.
My error message was intermittent with the seta belt alarm even if I have the seat belt on, went to the dealer more than 5 times, they reset some stuff twice, and it comes back after a day or so, the 3rd time they ordered some kind of sensors I believe it was SOS or something similar and after installing still comes back, but finally, I went and for some reason, they decided to change the seat belt buckle, since then which was about 10 days ago no errors yet!! I'm sure it has nothing to do with the sensors getting blocked, most likely it will be something with the Start/Stop failure and effected it.

Just checking to see if you are still seeing the issue. My brand new 992 has this same issue, been to the dealer twice, no resolution. They had it for over a week the first time, said it was fixed, but then a week later it came back on. Very annoying.

Do you have any update on this issue ? My brand new 992 is having the same issue. Im wondering if it is the seat bucket. the problem is that it is intermitten. Sometimes, the alarm is there, sometimes its not. Each time I start the car, its like a flip of the coin.

Cayenne 2019 basic model here:
Just file my second complaint (on NHTSA website) about the same issue this year! Please we need to get more people to sign sign in. Guys I feel your pain, I'm with you!
First reported on JAN 19 2020; traveled SEVERAL times to the dealer until they literally accused me of "bumping my bumper" ha ha ha try charge me 3K on the repair, claiming that the front radar was dead. Decided to change dealer, they where able to calibrate the sensor and it worked, picked up car this Saturday July 17 2021, worked until yesterday July 20 2021, I am getting this car in to Service possibly this Saturday. Please se attached picture for reference.
