Ilko, you might try QuattroWorld. It's not vbulletin but I still have a lot of acquaintances over there I keep in touch with.

I remember a lot of people left AudiWorld for QuattroWorld. I think I have an account there, I'll check it out again. Thanks!

Nice. I looked for an Avant for a long time but manuals are incredibly hard to come by. I settled for this:

My DD is a 2006 Jaguar Super V8 "Portfolio Edition". Only 145 were made. Here is a link to the car

My how quickly things change...I have replaced both of these cars since January 2010. Time to post pics of my new daily's...a 2002 E46 M3 Convertible, AA S/C Gen VI, Stage II kit pushing 620 bhp and a 2006 Interlagos E60 M5 with Radenergie Rims and a Meisterschaft CF tip exhaust.

Any regrets selling the E39? I had an 02 as well. This and my old S6 are the only four door cars I truly miss. I've driven a friend's E60. Very, very different cars.

+1. We looked for an avant for quite a while... At the time there was only 3 within 500 miles for sale used. Ended up buying a q5 and I'm actually glad we did. Love the suv

Yes and no...I will always love that car, and yes, just looking at the pictures of it last night made me miss it. Loved that color combination!

Having said that, I am a power junkie and a tech junkie, and my E60 M5 does not disappoint in either category. Having another 100 HP on tap at the push of a button is awesome. I usually ride around with the M button pushed and I have all my settings maxed out. The E39 M5 has more natural low end torque, but the overall power of the V10 engine is good enough for me at any power band (but it is INSANE over 5000 rpm).

Tech-wise, my E39 M5 had every option except electric rear shade so it was loaded for an 02. The E60 is just so much more technologically advanced, there is honestly no comparison. I'll just list things it has the the factory E39 M5 did not:

M power button with adjustable settings
SMG
Adjustable dampening suspension
Cooled seats
Active Seats
Comfort Access (never have to hit the button to get in the car, the sensors know your hand is there when you put it through any of the four door handles)
Start Button (no key needed)
Bluetooth
Sirius radio
Headlights that turn corners
Heads up Display
iDrive (really is easier than the NAV with the old **** on the right side)

I know I am missing a few, but that was enough to make me fall in love with the E60 M5 for mulitple reasons. SO do I miss the E39 M5, yes, for what it was. But I love my new car.

Missed this one, too. No need to post the same photos over and over of the C4S. Why would I drive anything else, unless I'm towing?

Beyond stuffing it with golf clubs (today), skis (earlier this week), airport duty to pick up the couple who bought the RS America (yesterday), it dutifully has been everything from a mere stop-and-go commuter to an ER vending delivery "truck" (when I was owned that business).

Why have anything else?
