My 2023 Macan S has been waiting at Emden since the 16th. Was originally scheduled to leave port on its way to Baltimore on the 19th, but that didn’t happen. My saleswoman hasn’t been updated since. It seems like I won’t be getting my car in early September like originally planned.

When did you order your 2023 Macan S? My 2022 Macan S is on the Cygnus leader, scheduled to arrive San Diego September 4….only a few days before your 2023 Macan S arrives on the Platinum Ray. My original order and deposit which modified a dealer allocation was made March 31 with an original dealer delivery date to have been July 8. I would gladly have paid the price increase to have a 2023. I am wondering if my dealer put other orders ahead of mine….,resulting in an over 2 month delay? CapitalAl only ordered his 2023 S in June and it is already arrived in port and on transport to the dealer. Any suggestions about what, if anything, I should think about doing…,cancel, discount, complain, be happy to get it, etc?
Ask your SA to send you this report. It shows the dates things happened, especially the V200 "Delivery date determined" date. You can then see if what your SA/dealer told you was happening actually matched what did happen. If it matches, you shipment delay is a mystery. But if it doesn't match, you will have to decide what to say/do, if anything.

I purposely waited until my SA called to inform me that 23 allocations were available, I did not want a ‘22 model that would already be several months old,
my commission # along with all the codes for the build process were given the same date I paid my deposit (04/29/2022), entry body shop 07//15,
completion 07/20, enter Emden 07/22, shipped to San Diego 08/24. Once the process have started I don’t think there is anything that
could be done to change things, we are all at the mercy of almighty Porsche.😅 Yes, you can always cancel it and order a ‘23 if you don’t mind waiting.

Thanks. I got an updated build/delivery schedule today for my 2022 Macan S ordered March 31. The original build schedule I got then had the V200 line showing “actual…. delivery date determined” as of February 24 with delivery to me July 8. The new build schedule I received today showed the V200 line “actual…… delivery date determined” as of May 19 and delivery to me September 16. Did anyone else have the V200 “actual…. delivery date determined” slip by almost 3 months? Also, the build sheet I got from Suncoast says that there is a Bose related stop sale on my Macan. Is anyone experiencing that now and what delay will that mean?
