Something official from Porsche is what most people seem to be looking for, not some anecdotal evidence from some rando on the internet (rkw723, I'm not picking on you). The poster's gas gauge could be wrong (if you assume the poster is telling the truth).

To keep this alive - on the Porsche USA website uner the Macan information the 2023 Macan's Technical Specifications tab has - "Capacities" it states 17.1 gallons and under standard features "Drivetrain Features" it states 19.8 gallons - I have a new 2022 S that I got last week to drive until my 2023 GTS comes in - I did not pay attenion on first fill up - will pay more attention on the 2nd one to see what I get.

Yes, when I built out a 2023 Macan, it indeed states 17.1 gallons for the gas tank (Porsche configurator, pdf output file)... It's strange to have that number if it weren't a fact...

Look back further in this thread. The debate about whether the 17.1 gallons are part of a tank that holds 19. whatever gallons. The difference being a reserve, per low red fuel level light. Several folks have run nearly dry and put more than 17+ gallons in their tanks.
I found the existence of both those numbers in my sales brochure and configurator.
I never go below a quarter of a tank, but most German cars I have had some sort of reserve amount, and the arithmetic some report suggests the pre-reserve amount is the smaller amount, and the larger includes a reserve. We would all like to know the difference and as folks pass through the site, the discussion, uh, revolves.
