They are different from dynamic leveling...

perhaps I think dynamic leveling = PDLS...

If it is right,My car can't be activated...

you will need PIWIS software to enable PDLS+. Look for a laptop with PIWIS preloaded on it, you'll find it on sketchy looking websites....once you have the laptop (expect to pay $2000 or so for the whole set up) you can program the car. then follow this video

Thank you for your kindness replay.

I seach out 2023 macan Led headlight option code.

My macan code is 8G0 - Without Light Assist. so I think code to 8G2 - Adaptive headlight range control.

perhasp it is activate adaptive light.

but I seach out new code 8IS - LED headlamps with cornering light and
8IU - LED headlamps with variable light distribution.

8IS is perhaps PDLS(including nomarl LED) 8IU is includeing PDLS PLUS?

please teach me what code are they?

when you plug your vehicle into PIWIS, PIWIS will tell you which code to select for PDLS+ (there will only be a few options, and you just choose the other option that isn't currently selected)

Thank you for your replay.

my 2023 macan option code is 8G0 and 8JU (LED PDLS)..

I don't understand difference from PDLS plus LED ..

it is only option code difference or mechanical difference?

and please teach me another question ,If I use automatic coding ,It will be factory default?

Is PDLS+ coding or any available codings possible to do using OBDGO Pro? Is it worth getting the adapter for $100 and paying for their possible codings individually? I don't see that option on their app (OBDGO PRO)

I did some codings using a borrowed X431 once but never got into PDLS+ coding; I may be able to get a hold of one again as I don't see a point to pay for PIWIS hardware and software. Any thoughts on this?

I am only aware of PIWIS as a way to code your vehicle. if there are other options, that would be good to know.

The menu dropdown in PIWIS should have several options, one being PDLS and another being PDLS+. select the latter one and go from there.
