If it was an Aggie EE exercise, they have nothing to worry about....no way they had enough cord to reach any outlet!

Those guys need a couple more beers to raise their IQs. Flip Flop Flotation (FFP) next Mars mission must have, only $632,236 ea.

PU truck repair. Welding the fuel tank? Bright bunny.

Like wearing seat belts. Why require it by law? If they don't wear them and crash natural selection kicks in and the average IQ moves up a tick. The down side is....?

In Florida they don't require motorcycle helmets, either. However, the Air Force requires you to not only wear a helmet but also a bright orange safety vest while on base. I guess the AF cares more about its people than the state of Florida does.

Not really. It is just that they don't want government property damaged. Too much paperwork and they have to train someone to fill in the void. After all the term G.I. stands for Government Issue.
