Thanks for the picture, I’ve attached mine. I tend to run 33-34 hot, I will try to dial it back a bit. The SC3s can’t seem to last very long on my car, admittedly I’m in 90 degree weather down in Florida, but I’d expect them to last longer than 3 days. My swaybar settings are Full soft front and full stiff rear. My home track is the FIRM in Starke, Fl. I’ve attached a clip of a lap at the FIRM below, it puts more wear on the Front Left tire, but I imagine there must be a way to get these days to last longer if you’re getting 12 days out of them. Below are my tires after 3 days at the FIRM and my alignment settings.

I have about now 600 track miles on my cup 2's and have even wear - I know they are not supercars and should probably wear faster....here is my alignment from my speed shop - I have way. more toe. I am very happy everything wears evenly. Mostly Northeast tracks in 70 to 90 degree days- Watkins Glen, Lime Rock, Pocono, MMC and VIR.
Hopefully you can figure that out with others set ups.
Edit - sway bars medium setting for both front and rear

It’s fun, the best thing about it is it’s 35mins from home.

I recently took three seconds off of my best time at Laguna Seca. Makes sense as it was my third visit there and I had new tires, and the pavement was new as well. My next goal is to hit the optimum number and then after that, shoot for Randy Pobst’s 1:36.xx although I have a PDK and he drove a manual.
I combined Porsche Track Precision app output with Garmin Catalyst with my video editor.

Re the Firm and tire wear. I know it can be counter intuitive but try medium/medium on your sway bars. The front spring rate is super soft so stiffening the front bar will help prevent overloading the outside tire.

Hello friends! I'm very excited to share my new PB at Watkins Glen - a 2:04.6. Conditions were excellent, 75 degree ambient temps with low humidity. Tires had 3.5 days on them already, but these Bridgestones are just awesome. I had already met my goal of getting into the 2:05's a number of times during the event already, so I was fairly relaxed and during my out lap decided to put in another fast one. I still can't really believe I did it lol. Big thanks to all you guys for setting the bar high and giving out great advice. I'm not sure I can beat this one.

Watkins Glen 2:04.6
981 GT4 stock power
19" Bridgestone RE-71RS 255/285 on Apex SM-10 wheels
Ferodo DS3.12 (front)/DS1.11 (rear) pads
Tarett rear toe links & front camber plates
DBJ springs

That's a great lap, smooth and accurate. You are fast everywhere! With some cooler air and fresh tires I think you can beat it

Thanks man! I had your 2:05.4 as my reach target for the weekend. I managed to do a 2:05.3 in the previous session. I think the biggest difference with this lap was that I was focusing on looking farther ahead than I normally do. It really does make a big difference.
