Red threadlock - at least that's what I've done in he past, sometimes they come with threadlock already on them.

For this event, I experimented with even lower tire pressures than in the past, and I believe I've zeroed in further on the appropriate RE-71R pressures -- at least for my car.
Car is a Cayman GTS with X73 suspension and maxed out front camber. Tires are 245/35R19 front and 275/35R19 rear.
I started the set of four timed runs with 28 PSI front and 26 PSI rear. The first run, the rear tires were noticeably lacking in grip. Since I've never had a problem with grip on cold RE-71Rs in the past, I'm convinced that 26 PSI was just too low. The format of our timed runs doesn't permit a whole lot of time to go drive over to the compressor and add air, so I just hoped that as the pressures naturally came up due to the heat in the rubber, the grip would return. I was not disappointed.
By the final timed run, all four tires were at 30 PSI. The car was amazing, and I knocked almost a full second off my best time from the earlier practice runs. I ended up with the third overall top time of day, and the second best indexed time. The top time of the day was a 991 GT3 on Hoosier R7s, and he only beat me by 0.87 seconds.
So I think I'm now aiming for 30 PSI all around with hot tires.
Your mileage may vary. And thank you, Bridgestone, for these wonderful tires!

Updating this after yesterday's PCA-SDR event...

Advanced
In my experience, RE-71R's worked the best in 28-32psi range. On my 986, for autocross, I used to run 28F/30R on asphalt and 29F/32R on concrete.

I used Starke wheels last year for autocross with my Cayman GTS -- but a different design than these (I used FC, these are BC).
They weren't crap, but I only used them for I think 6 autocross events before I replaced them with some older Porsche takeoff wheels.
I only got them because I was in a hurry to get an RE-71R fitment for my car and needed wheels quickly. They did the job, and got me through the season.

The wheels are already pushed out, 8mm R & 9mm F. Rubbing could be a concern under compression on some tracks. Haven't driven HPR enough to remember any particular turns that'll compress beyond "normal".

I didn't need spacers with them, but different size, different fitment. In general, I think that if Tire Rack shows a fitment for a particular car, it's usually a verified no-spacer fitment.

Thanks! Will keep looking for another "cheap" track wheel with better offset.
