Me: “would you like to get in”?
Boy: runs over to passenger side
Me: “how about driver’s side” (as I exit the car)
Boy: “REALLY???” He got in and pretended to be driving as his parents took pics. So excited! He honks the horn!

There are many aspects of car ownership which I enjoy - but sharing with enthusiasts, especially kids - brings great joy!

^Front straight - getting ready to start a race

^Just before start

^From Spectator Hill

^Hot pit row

^Cool truck

^Lots of big rigs

^Umbrella girls (because it was starting to rain)
The racing was good this weekend. Kris Turner, Wade Parrish and several other of my WERA racing lunatics were on the grid. I believe Damian was on the podium for the Junior cup race.

Pleased to hear that you had a good inaugural run, Pyrat. Any pix to share?

Nope. The group I went with are serious track junkies and a photographer is not part of the event. Went solo too and all my track friends were out there with me so no one to take phone shots. Washed the car when I got back but still need to remove the rubber chunk skid marks on the paint with some cleaner.

This is what I use. Ivan from Lustr detail gave me this. This is what he uses in his shop. Works great. He gave me this can for 'free' after a sealant and detail on the car, wheels, and calipers. Basically a life time supply since you only use a couple drops at a time on a microfiber. Ivan is pretty well respected in the detailing experts community.

That's good stuff I'm sure, but might be a little harsh on paint...or could be the same ingredient? I haven't used it before and the R3 is the same... just a light spray on the track mark, wait a few seconds and wipe it off. No scrubbing.

You have full PPF?
