I am a new member to this site. I have owned a 981 Spyder since I ordered it from the factory new.
I was wondering what happened to the 981 Spyder database. Most of the posts are very old and the link for the database no longer works.
Was the database ever completed? Can someone refresh the link?

Anyone interested in selling their Spyder? Prefer one with buckets or PCCB's but message me what your spec is. I already have a 981 GT4 and looking to pair a Spyder with it.

A few more Spyders bite the dust, according to CoPart. Three this month. Even more of the 718 Spyders. Surprisingly rate of loss.

I wonder if any one has a commercial CarFax could check to see how many of the Spyder actual remain on the road in this country. Someone in the AMG site did it, and and numerous cars were flagged







in that registry as gone.....

 

Two more bite the dust, unfortunately. Looks like we lose about 8 a year, at least that is what shows up at Copart. The early year rate was likely higher, as I see more than twice that number of 718 Spyder on Copart in 2022.

Super low mileage and what appears to be all great parts. Where is that one? Not that I could justify getting it for donor components. My top replacement alone last year was over 10k
