The canards and gurney flap look good, where did you get them and what they cost if you don't mind me asking?
I thought about the wing risers but wasn't sure if they would make a difference. Would be interesting to see if you see a different in lap times because of it.

Took the car out for 300km drive this morning and took some shots along the way. Came back home and gave it a wash and put test fitted the new track wheels, they fit perfectly with a 46 offset on the rear.
First pic is from the morning drive just before sunrise, the second pic is in the afternoon after a wash and with the track wheels.
Car is now finished and ready to get back on the track. Decals, wheels, tyres, fire extinguisher, phone mount for Harrys lap timer and tow straps.

The Porsche bolts have curved mating surfaces and the Koyas have simple V flat mating surfaces; at least with mine. You can't you the Porsche bolts are they won't be safe.

Thanks mate, you'll see it in person on Saturday @ Wakefield (with the red wheels obviously).
Where do you head down from and what time do you leave? Not sure if the Sydney folk have a meet an drive down together. This is my first PCNSW Track Day.

Interesting my wheels have quite a gap on the hub without the rings...The only thing holding them in place is the wheels nuts. Wheel moves around quite a bit without the rings
Dundon sell them or RS1 - $550 odd I think for both plus the wing risers from BBi...Will see if it all adds drag without any benefit...Will need to push harder now.
Also didn't use a hub ring, my wheels fit straight on the car.

Did you buy the wheels new from a dealer? Very strange. Mine are solid on the hub, but obviously rotate without the bolts.

They look really great Charlie. Love the red on the car.
I'm not brave enough to do something wild on colors (not sure they work as well on a blue car as they do on white or black cars). Ross was pretty keen to get someone in the SF09's to complete the set but they don't quite do it for me. I like the SF10's the best in the choices with 11's. I actually like the SF06's the best but they only come in 10.5's.
It's actually tempting to get a 2nd set. These for me will be to run Hoosiers but a 2nd set to run Trofeo R's might be on the cards and then I can just get some "normal" street rubber for the OEM wheels.

I wanted stripes on the car from when I got it but didn't want it to be too loud of a car, but I have realized that all my driving is to and from the track, or spirited early morning runs, barely goes into the city so thought why not. Easy enough to pull off if I get bored.
I went through the same thought process and was tossing up between the SF06 or SF10s but made the decision easier because the SF06 sizes. I went Trofoes on the 19s mostly because the days I do don't allow race slicks, not sure if the PCNSW allows them. I have Bathurst which I am doing on R-Spec so will get use to the setup with them.
