Mark you calendars, Sunday 4/24 is the annual C & C event at Paul Miller Porsche.

It's probably the largest C&C type of gathering in the area with some very unique cars showing up.

Here are a few photos I took from the event last year.

Good thing this event will happen the Sunday after we get back from the Atlanta road trip. I will proudly show off the dirtiest GT4 in the lot!

I'm interested in attending both the road trip and the C&C, but I don't know if I'll have my car by the time the first event kicks off. Maybe I'll have it (and have PPF on) for the second. Getting closer to build and delivery anyway!

Has anyone here signed up for this event? There'll be a GT4 Clubsport on display and I'll get the scoop on it for everyone.

I'll be there on Saturday.

Once the car enters the body shop then you'll have a between window to estimate delivery. The last 150 or so miles from the Davisville, RI port will be the longest. Mine sat for 2 weeks waiting for a truck to fill up. Any chance you would consider taking the C2 on this trip?

PistolPete, yes, it's a little hard to figure exactly when delivery will be, even if the cars seem to come somewhat earlier then the planned dates. I'm not sure I'd even want to take it on a long trip right away...especially knowing I can't "go all the way" to redline with it until it's broken in. Sort of like if you couldn't go all the way with your wife on the honeymoon. Also, I'd want to get the PPF on before any trips. Like I say, I'd like to go but the timing is iffy at this point. Theoretically I "could" take the 993, but that presupposes I would still have it then, as I will be marketing it and a couple of other vehicles in the rolling stock soon (944S2 and S4).

For anyone contemplating the OEM car cover for the GT4, I ordered a generic one and wanted one that is more fitted so I am returning it.

Just noticed that Town porsche is having a 15% off on all car Covers so placed an order just now just incase anyone else wanted one. I think it was 267 all in.

FYI: I use my 2007 BMW 335I car cover fits like a glove with the exception of the mirror pockets.

C&C sounds good ... should have my car by then.

Pete, feel free to add me to the list.

Guards Red. Late Jan/Early Feb build. Late March/Early April delivery.

I had a few hours to spare this afternoon. With the relatively warm weather we have today I decided to take the GT4 for a drive through Harriman. The roads were in pretty good shape (Not surprising considering the mild winter so far. ) The park was deserted.

Man, I was just on the other side of the mountain terrorizing the goat trail. We should hook up next time...

Would love to. Mid week blasts in this area are great.

I had no idea we were going to get this messy wet snow weather today. Glad I got out when I had the chance.

I just realized today marks the 1-yr anniversary of me sitting in a parking lot frantically on the phone with my SA trying to lock down the deposit for a GT4.

I got spot #3 and was able to send the paperwork back on Monday morning.

Then came the long long wait, build changes, the LWBS fiasco, no allocation, and finally delivery on Halloween.

Sheesh, what a stressful process it was! Any similar stories?

How is everyone doing? Some brutally cold temps this past weekend. Long range forecast calls for highs in the 50's next weekend and sunny. Hopefully that's it for the sever temps.

Does anyone have a delivery scheduled for this month in the area?

Looking at the first post it seems like April will be a big month for new deliveries here.

SA said possible March 4th, it's sitting in Davisville RI now. I hope it's a little earlier.
