Happy New Year folks!

There was a C&C this morning in Central NJ. I was told a solo GT4 showed up. I find it shocking that the owner is not on Rennlist here with all of us!

LOL

Looks like a Recaro fitted drivers seat with a standard passenger seat. Or I could just be going blind.

This may be a personal question so you can pm me if you like. I'm curious as to how you all pay for car insurance for your GT4. I'm planning for my financial calculations which I am very **** with. I live in Manhattan so everything is always more expensive. My 987.1 Boxster S was about $75/month for full coverage w State Farm when I was 25 (currently 28) with a clean record which is pretty low so I'm not able to gauge or estimate my GT4 insurance payments based on that.

MrNurse,

I'm in Detroit and pay $819 for 6 months. I'm 32, single and have no moving violations in the last 3 years.

Someone on this thread knows him... he has the Cantrell bar and was at the last Chatham C&C I went to. (John I think) I missed this one due to being in Barcelona for New Years. Fair trade if you ask me

Not bad. I'm hoping to pay around that. I wouldn't like to pay over $175/mo.

Yes John from Fabspeed knows him. I missed this guy's car because he left before I arrived at C&C.

My quote for a gt4 on a home/3 car policy in nj was ~1200 for full coverage and 1k deductible for a year. That was a month ago. I'll find out for sure end of this month if anything changed. This was as my secondary weekend car. Dont know what it would be if it was my primary car. Geico about to be 33 clean record. Wife bumps me up due to her recently totaling my car haha.

I was with liberty mutual till about 3 months ago and they quoted me 2200 a year, immediately switched to geico which dropped my premiums by 1k.

1200/yr for full coverage for a GT4? Where is your location?
$100/mo would be perfect. It would offset my parking spot in my building which is $325/mo

This GT4 belongs to a fellow by the name of John. You can find him over on Planet 9. He is a fantastic, English gentlemen and I'm sure would be very open to joining the Rennlist GT4 community. I'll shoot him over an email with a link to this thread, and perhaps he will chime in.

John's vehicle also happens to be the same silver GT4 featured on our website putting our full race system through it's paces at Summit Point Raceway. He also stopped by two weeks ago for a custom Cobb tune and dynoed 390whp. Turns out the GT4 responds VERY well to tuning. Here is a dyno video/graph of what we are releasing on the forums shortly.
