FYI the 981 CS is way louder than stock - race headers and exhaust are different.

Oh yeah that sounds good, and that car looks quick too! It does sound decatted though, so the street car may be quiter. What say you insiders?

I hope the street car gets that wing!

The 981 GT4CS has street manifolds with cats and street muffler. The cats are 200 cell however. (Porsche trophy east cars were given a revised 100 cell cat)

The 718GT4CS will most likely also have the full street exhaust with free flowing cats. That way it legal under GT4 rules.

The free flowing cats are the only difference from street cats at this point.... We shall see.

The new car sounds great!

Original GT4 CS had the exact same exhaust manifolds as the street car...later they did offer other manifold options including a de-catted version.

Ohhh that means a Race header configuration on the 718 GT4 should sound awesome.......I wish I could fly to Monza to actually listen to it as videos most of the time don't do justice.

The aftermarket has options to uncork the 3.8L.....
The factory however have come up with something as close to aftermarket as possible without breaking the rules for the 718GT4 in terms of emmissions and Db levels. The result is a much sweeter sound from the 3.8L then previous.

i stand corrected - my friend has a club sport with race headers and exhaust I assumed that was standard. Even with the oem muffler it is much louder than mine.

If the gt4 gets announced at Geneva I doubt the Spyder will too. They will mirror 2015 and have the Spyder at the New York show a few weeks later. I just hope that's not the case because of the CS and ROAR, and we get the GT4 at the LA show.
