From Bowie, I'd head over to TPC racing just off I-95 in Jessup. They are the de-facto Porsche outfit in the area. They really take care of folks on this Forum (especially the local ones). Ask for Tom Chan
Any locals with a 997 turbo / 4(s) Coupe interested in lowering their car? I have a set of H&R springs that I was going to list on the marketplace, but figure I would give locals first dibs for pick up. Springs are very lightly used less than 6k miles. $200 picked up in the DC/MD/VA.

I'm in Gaithersburg/Rockville area with a '15 Cayenne Diesel. CPO complimentary services just ran out so I'm looking for an independent shop. I was not impressed at all with Porsche Tysons for the first 2 services. This last time, I went to Porsche Bethesda and was very satisfied but not sure I want to use the dealership going forward unless others have had similar results. This is not your typical Porsche being a diesel and an SUV, but I'm looking for a competent, careful mechanic who is honest and won't break the bank, preferably with diesel experience. I had a battery replaced by Auto Therapy near the Airpark and they seemed OK but couldn't really pass judgment on something as simple as a battery change.
