Just bought my first Porsche (718 Cayman GTS) last week.

Can anyone recommend a good independent shop for services like oil changes, brake flushes, track inspections, etc?

Congrats on the new purchase. I just had TPC Racing in Howard County do a ton a work on my ride. I plan on using them for my track inspections as well..

Yup. 718 GTS owner in Anne Arundel. Saw a blue GT4 (I think) playing around on the same back roads today.... It was going in the opposite direction of me the two times we crossed paths.

Import auto in finksburg is pretty good and Ralph's in Owings Milla is the best around there is also a guy that does good work out of his home in Owings mills I used him to replce my CV boots. BTW I'm in Randallstown

Ha, that was me! I was test driving my buddy’s Sapphire Blue GT4 that same day on the local sports car shakedown road that shall remain nameless. You were my very first Porsche wave.

I’ve wanted that car since my buddy bought it and I’ve been pestering him about selling it to me since it was new. Car has only 1100 miles on it. He finally came to the conclusion that he needs something he will actually drive, so he ordered a Macan GTS. We agreed the GT4 is mine once the weather warms up!! I didn’t want to make the same mistake I made last year, buying a new C7 Grand Sport in December and watching it sit in the garage all winter. That was torture.

I too am looking for a good Porsche mechanic to do the MD safety inspection needed before I can register the car.

Try TPC Racing for the inspection. I wound up going to Porsche Silver Spring, because my local garage (all makes) didn't have the PCCB density tool.

Hi all, I'm new here! Moving to live at Bowie, MD. Need advice!
I bought a house, but overhaul of the garage is required there. Does anyone know a garage service in MD? I have no time and no skills to do, so it’s easier to pay.
