As the day approaches to receive my GT3RS, my first Porsche, I’m looking to attend some meet-ups and drives. Anyone here interested in meeting up or can refer me to some local standing meet-ups? Also, what are some locations for Back road spirited driving in the area? I’ve mostly driven my cars on major routes (Route 70, 32, etc) during late evening and night times for spirited runs.

There are some nice back road driving though covered bridges from Mt. Airy to Gettysburg. I've done that with my friends this past fall and was a good drive.
There is Sunset Auto Club around here as well. They do drives all the time, however you have to pay to drive you car in the drive. They have good drives but I don't care to pay a few hundred just to drive my car in a ride even if lunch or whatever is included.

Not sure where you are from exactly in MD. But if your talking about 32 and 70 you cannot be to far possibly from myself. I hit up the Annapolis Cars & Coffee on Sundays. The one at the docks got lame with hillbillies showing up and drawing the cops in. I go to the one at the Annapolis Town Center now. Its much better and we have the OK from the Town Center to use the parking lot on Sunday Mornings. The main guy who set it all up does Marketing for Bentley and sometimes brings Bentleys up to the meet or has events going on that he can get some of us in that Bentley sponsors.
