I've seen a SCCA Formula F race down at COTA and maybe it's just relative as they looked this size compared to the small FF in the in car video I seen. Glenn could comment as he was down there at the last PCA race, but I believe he is on his way down there for the PCA race there this weekend.

Going to be very intermittent racing for me for the next couple of months. Relocating from California to Oregon. Hopefully get the odd race before I have to tear my cockpit down.

On a slightly more serious note - I *do* believe iRacing HAS saved me buckets of money. I have less than one race weekend's worth of $$$ tied up into my rig in the basement and it's easily given me thousands of hours of track time over the years. It's been good enough to give me my racing "fix" and spare my poor credit cards from the last time I tried pro racing (cha-ching $$$$$ took me YEARS to pay that crap off...)
What pro racing did you do?
Yes, I really like iRacing for that fact. It is not expensive, it allows you to practice techniques and become better. Sure, the real things gives you the real deal, but when I keep doing the same mistake over and over again, I realize I need to change something and try something different.

Drifting
I popped in to that session after you guys left and turned a bunch of laps. I even won the race all by myself! I'm finally getting along with the east course and starting to really enjoy the track. I disliked it at first, but I've warmed up to it now.

I was shadowing. Couldn't begin to keep up with you. Great driving.
