What's everybody getting down to?
I did a bunch of 29's on Sunday, and then later scratched a 28.7 in a private test session with default weather. My laps aren't very consistent though, which is odd, because usually consistency is my strong suit and the laps don't feel any different.

I only ran that one session so I dont know if the track was fast or slow but I did 28.8. Ran a ton of 28.9-29.3s for about 10 gallons straight.
Wait I ran on Sunday too but I don't recall my time, I think it was a 29.2.

In transit during my journey. Had the hearing in Tyler and now sitting in Houston. One thing that is nice on this trip, I have consistently been upgraded to first on the longer legs. Good for my complete lack of sleep. Looks like you guys are having fun ;(.

I should make it tonight but your hopes are not completely dashed, Justin... unless I pack my PC, wheel/pedals, and Rift, when I go to Parade in June, I'm going to miss the last 3 weeks of the season.

Could someone post a picture of what it looks like on your setup when your sitting in the RUF? I'm wondering if my setup is wrong. In my case the A pillar hides a good part center monitor and it's very annoying. I'll check what my FOV is set at tonight.
The best image I have is this one, you can see the A pillar is huge !

I think your FOV is too wide. I also really struggle with high angles on the side monitors. Straight lines that bend when they cross monitors really boggle my mind. I'd start with a really shallow angle between your monitors and a much lower FOV and then move from there. The monitors should ideally be perpendicular to your sight line, right now they look like they are aimed at a point that is really close to the wheel instead of where your head is when you're driving.

When sitting in front of it the lines a pretty straight, last night I mesured the angle of my monitors and they are between 75 to 80 degrees, so that's what I set in the graphics tab in iRacing and it made a good difference, but that A pillar drives me nuts.
When you say my FOV is too wide, do you mean I should see more of the dash or less? I can move the view forward and backward, up or down with the [ and ] keys, is this the same thing as changing the FOV parameter in the options?
