If you look at the results for our last Road America race we had 21 starts and 21 finishes so I can't argue with that. It helps with lap times over 2 minutes, spreads the group out.

I *think* I might pass on this one, I'm really quite satisfied with my DK1 for now, and will wait for the consumer version. They were also fairly persistent in stating, "NOT FOR CONSUMERS". Still... if I *didn't* already have a DK1, I would have already ordered a DK2, no question. The DK1 is already IMO fantastic (I no longer "see" the low resolution).

I'm really interested in this too. Jim, you seem to have found the speed that you lost when you first switched to the rift... but you still can't read the insults I hurl at you throughout the race 
The Dev kit 2 will probably be closely followed by the consumer as I think they needed to get positional tracking to the devs to integrate that. It could be really cool if they get in well integrated into iracing. The head tracking could be mapped to the driver animation.

Just joined Iracing, looking forward to be an spectator of your races until I know enough about it to participate. The OP sounds back in 2011 sounds a bit like where I am today. A new Fanatec wheel got me urging for more and it all points to iracing.
