Hey that looks good, haven't seen that one yet.

Tony has had a pretty cool one lately, a Cartoon Network paint. Really colorful.

And Sysgen I think? has a Spy vs. Spy scheme that's pretty cool looking.

Ya that's me, there's a bunch available for free, I might change from time to time just to confuse people I just don't have the knowledge or talent to paint one myself.

I've tried to change my scheme a few times, but I always gravitate back to black and grey with red pin striping.

That one looks good too.

For me it's helpful to get to know who has what schemes. Since I use the Rift I can't easily read any of the text boxes, but I am starting to learn the schemes. Tony's car is colorful, Chris/baddog is the Momo car, Sysgen is the black/white Spy vs. Spy, Loxner is running the Gulf colors, Ted has the teeth, etc.

The reason I use 1st is that I have trouble judging my speed in 2nd gear and I will push wide much more frequently.

I like to trail brake setting up for Oak Tree, getting the car a little loose and rolling back on to the throttle as the car points in the right direction. Catching the curb on the right hand side and ending up tracking out on the curb on exit. I have only once spun there and that was on cold tires trying to push too hard.

I drop down into second and I even feel that is too low of a gear. I will not even try 1st.

Now, In the game, I am a mess there.

Thanks

It's in the 60s here so I haven't been cold in a while. I'll miss next week's race while I'm in Vegas.

Cool car! I think that one is more similar to the "c-spec" in iracing. The gear ratio in the "track" are a bit different. I'm not tremendously well versed in my 911 specs, but I think it uses the RSR transmission.

More comfortable than I had first anticipated it to be. Need to get my monitor stand going. Currently it is too far away from me and too high.

I got the vid card in to add the other two monitors, but my power supply did not have the needed PCIe power cords, so now I am waiting for a new power supply to show up too.

Thanks

Ed
