If you're cleaning leather, a 6:1 or 10:1 mix of woolite and water works well. Then apply leather conditioner of your choice. Zymol is pretty nice. Absorbs well and doesn't leave everything greasy.

Maybe you put on too much product?

I'll second the Zymol for leather. I think Zaino is good too. For everything else I use 303 (although it can be applied to leather as well).

I used the eagle one on the plastic dash and doors. For leather I use Lexol. I thought that was the best. Do you guys think zymol is better?

I prefer the Zymol over Lexol, but I've just read on Autopia about Sonus and some "testimonials" about it being most like the new car smell of Porsche. The "secret" with most products is to use them sparingly to see how they work. I don't want to apply anything to the leather seats that will make them shiney, or greasy.

Haven't used the Sonus yet, but I plan on getting some soon. Will post impressions when I get it.

Good tip. Sparingly is great and has worked well in the past on my newer cars but I inherited a shiney interior with this 88 911 and and it just seems to get worse when ever i touch it.

Have you tried the Woolite mix? Though once shiney it seems it's hard to get back to that matte finish of new leather.

I have been using Zymol "Treat" - no odor and maintains the matte finish while feeding the leather nicely...

zymol and 303 for me just last night. Doing fall cleanup. I find zymol and lexol both very nice and use them almost interchangebly. As far as Eagle One, I have used it on the tires, seems ok for that product but tire shine products are by nature oily.

I love the 303 products...the protectant is great and the fabric cleaner does miracles to your carpet...mine is marble gray, so I know what I'm talking about...

LeatherMaster is "da bomb" as far as cleaning leathers and protection. It's all I use on my Porsche clients.

You guys may want to give it a try. I recommend the Strong Cleaner and the Vital conditioner.

Get a hold of some Autoglym Interior Cleaner. Use a lot and clean the areas you've applied the nano dressing. Allow a day for the panels to dry and gas out. You may repeat the cleaning process a few times to get it back to the matte finish. Then apply Zymol Vinyl to all vinyl areas and Treat to the leather areas. You'll be happier with this stuff.

I'm a big fan of Lexol Vinylex for interior vinyl and plastics.
