Not in the way it applies or in the way it seems to condition the applications' surface.

I've used the product for many years. There is nothing else like it.

Of course. Snake oil is like that. The product also has silicone oil and clay (kaolin) solids, both of which help with application. It's good to know the product has met your needs for a period of time.

Goo gone or simply either kerosene or naphtha (Coleman white camping stove gas) and a small clay applicator would likely get 98% of the job done. I will give it a try when it warms up.

Keeping wheels clean on this car is a big job.

Ceramic coating them will make a big difference going forward. I've done that to several other cars. Really a time saver.

I will look into ceramic coating the wheels. I'm willing to put the time and effort into it, at least once.

Nice fleet of 911s. What is the color on the last one? Do you still have all three?

The 997.2 is Meteor Gray.

The one that I currently own is the Marine Blue '88 Coupe.

Wow, Ironman! Kudos to you. That's quite a lot of work you've done, and the results are fantastic!

Well done and enjoy in good health!

Wiped the leather dash clean with a damp cotton cloth. Wiped the center console, grab handles and steering wheel with a damp microfiber. Wiped the dust off the PCM screen and instrument display with a dry Porsche optical microfiber. Much better!

Winter is a challenge to keep the car clean.

Thanks.

Three different machines:

1) An older Porter Cable 5" random orbital that I bought from Griot's Garage almost 30 years ago.
2) Rupes LHR 75 3"
3) Rupes Ibrid Nano

Microfiber cutting pads on initial polish. Yellow Rupes foam pads for fine polish. White Rupes foam pads for ultra-fine polish.

Two-stage ceramic coating. GTechniq Crystal Serum Light and GTechniq Exo V5.
