Also, what's the amp issue. I haven't read about that. Is it a recall/failure situation, or just low stock which is causing production problems?

Supply chain, chips, lack of workers, availability of other pieces/parts…..you name it. When the politicians needlessly shut down the world economy in 2020 it was economic disaster.

OK, thanks. Was just trying to confirm whether it was a supply issue for new car production, or a defect issue impacting already produced cars (aka, my car).

Is there a way to just replace the tires on the stock wheels with all seasons? I don't see anything on tireracks site that fits. if there are no all seasons for the stock wheels i'll just keep running my corsas until they are done and replace with 4s. and pick up a winter set now.

There is a separate thread on this. Apparently, there are no all seasons for the the 22s with the two different sizes needed.

Tempted to change my order from normal cayenne turbo to the turbo GT however one thing is putting me off and that’s the matte plastic around the fenders and above the diffuser. Why wouldn’t Porsche make this body coloured like the sport design and do we think they will make that an option on the facelift GT?
It annoys me more because I would like to do a lighter PTS but it just highlights the plastic trim! 🤦🏽‍♂️

had it a few days now and I can say 200% it's a different car. next level. its not like the difference between a cayenne turbo and cayenne gts, it's a whole other level. it doesn't even drive like a cayenne to me.

I had same concern, but my SA said 'don't worry about it-once you drive it you won't care". He has not steered me wrong on 5 cars and he's a Pcar fan (mostly GT cars) himself and someone I trust. Car is here but stop sale on Burmeister-hope to drive later this week. The look is that way to be distinctive and separate the GT from the lower level models. See if you can drive/ride in one and see if that helps you change your mind...

Great comment! What does it drive like? Or what comes in your mind when you drive it?

Had the EXACT same concern and got a price to have everything painted. SA who’s a friend said “drive it for a bit and it you hate it, shoot it body color.” After about 1,500 miles I can honestly say I hadn’t even thought about it until seeing this post. Honestly, I just hop in and enjoy driving it. Surely, I would’ve checked the box from the factory, but I just stopped caring about it.
