Just picked up my Turbo GT from my clear bra guy after being away a week in Switzerland. As a daily driver, I can't get over how special this car feels on the road!
Here is my Turbo GT together with its other green siblings

Back and Forth on My Build
I am so back and forth on by TGT build.

I have til the end of the month on my freeze date for my allocation from Tampa Porsche. I currently have a '18 Panamera Turbo in volcano with the red interior. I went with the same interior as I have currently because I just love Porsche with red interior and want the 18 way. I am dumping the innodrive, I seriously dislike it now. It suddenly slows for speed limit signs on the highway (construction signs are permanently up around central Florida). Its constantly requires attention which leads me back to why do I want this feature. Interested in any opinions or questions or changes.
Thanks folks. Drive safe.

Booking tickets to fly to the Ring yesterday and I got pissed that I’m renting cars while there are two cars sitting in Stuttgart, sent an email to ED to say as much.
Got an email back that I can pickup the Cayenne GT July 19th?!
So that’s confirmed. Won’t be doing that many laps but still want to feel it out on track..
Here we go again..
All launch colors.

Took delivery of the Turbo GT a few days ago.. my initial thoughts at 200 mi:
Vehicle has ridiculous grip for something that sits so high! It is an odd feeling because the height magnifies the g load. (I’ve been racing GT3 Cup cars since 2015)
2019 turbo had great power but you could overdrive the chassis (No PDCC). 2021 GTS power was detuned but more linear thus easier to drive aggressively.
Turbo GT power and torque is more than most people will ever use on the street! Just stupid effortless power. Be ready when full boost comes in…
Steering is much improved over the last 9Y0 models I’ve owned. PCM seems overly complicated but I’m mainly focused on driving dynamics and don’t care.
Gearbox is quick but not quite pdk. It works well tho with the whole pkg. The insulated glass is initially a little disorienting. I’m sure I’ll get used to it…
Seems to keep the car cooler on 90 degree days. Minor issue - 18 way rear seat bolsters restrict rear seats from folding anywhere near flat.
In summary very glad I went with black met, platinum wheels and deleted all badging. One could easily get arrested driving this car aggressively. No reason to attract anymore attention imo.
Definitely worth the 13 mo wait since it was announced! Lapping day planned 8/4/22… probably just the one day?

I totally agree with you on the grip level. For a car of this size and height, it's quite unreal.
