Hi all! New here. Glad to find this helpful forum. I’m looking to purchase a Cayenne base on the lot or coming in soon, and I’m in NY. Dealers around me saying no discount at all. Some of them say they won’t receive any new Cayenne until next year. Mind sharing which dealer in NY/ NJ offered 7% discount? Thanks!

Hello, I am a newbie. Planning to purchase a base Cayenne. I am looking opinions or recent purchase experiences. Planning to either purchase a 2021 base Cayenne that is in dealer inventory vs building a new 2022? What is a reasonable discount for both during this time with the chip shortages? I am okay with buying from out of state dealers. Trying to look around the internet for more info if there will be significant differences for between MY 21 vs 22. Thank you.

MY22 has the new PCM software similar to Taycans but its base price is around $2k more depending on model. Better chance of discount on inventory and discount varies from no discount to a few percent depending on region/dealer. Getting a discount is getting increasingly harder

I just place an order for MY22 Cayenne and no discounts were given. The “out the door” price is MSRP of the build.

If that’s the case and assuming you are in the US, you are getting a discount. Tax, title and fees are part of the discount.

PenFed is 0.99% for 60 months; 1.99 for 72 months

I ended up purchasing an en-route 2021 Cayenne at dealer MSRP (slight discount from MSRP). All dealers I spoke to said no discounts and selling at MSRP.

There are apparently only about 2,200 new Porsche's in inventory as of Sept 1st. Let that sink in... Discounts are going to be damn near impossible to come by anymore.
