if I remember correctly, you’ll need 21-22mm stand-off. In my case I had to put two of them together to get to correct height. Buy an assorted stand-off box from Amazon.

Bummer, I knew you did the installs but didn’t think to ask if you sold the units alone. I’m near Austin Tx so not local.

Do you know the size please?…I thought I read it’s M2.5x 21mm ?

Also I’m not sure what version software it will have, is it only updated by the SD slot or can it be by USB. The website says by SD slot but here it shows by USB so…

Firmware Updates can only be performed via microSD Slot… a couple of folks have bought an microSD extension cord and have used it with success…

Other Updates (like boot logo) need to be done via USB.

Refer to minute 35:19 of my installation video… 20 to 22mm height. I believe it was specifically 21mm

These are the ones I bought from Amazon… assorted heights…. As I said, I had to use 2 (one on top of the other) in each location… I believe I used 15mm+6mm at each location.

I have tried the boot logo update a couple times per the file on the Youtube page and an image saved as instructed. When I start up the radio with the USB installed, it just thinks it is a USB with music and does not update anything. Anyone else update their boot logo and got it to work?

Is the usb stick formated to fat16?

I did fat32 since the instructions said that was acceptable. I will try fat16 later.

Yes, try Fat16 and if that doesn’t work, a smaller size USB (32Gb or less).

Unfortunately I cannot get it to update. I tried FAT default 32 and I tried exFAT16 since I did not see a way to format to FAT16. I reduced the size of the picture to 400x240. With both FAT32 and the default format, the system appears to recognize it, but was trying to read for songs. The exFAT16 did not do anything. My USB is only a 2GB drive. Other than plugging in the USB and turning on the radio, is there anything else needed to be done? I went into settings, but did not select anything.
