Attempt to buy one and would like to ask you if i would work on a 2008 997TT via iPhone since I don't have an Android phone.

yes I have the iPhone and a 997. Works great. The menus aren’t super intuitive but just take your time and go through each one to see what they have.

Is anyone currently using this that had previously used it with ezdiag? (on android)

just depends on year and iOS vs Android on App needed. I can use EZ diag for my 2004 and iPhone

So am I.
whenever I launch it comes up with a choice of old or new app.
Not noticed much difference with the 955 but the new version has many more options/monitors more on the Panamera

I really want to use this but when I try to purchase/activate, I get taken to the amazon homepage with no site of buying a license!

Is there another option of gettting this to work?

you need you enable apps on your OS for those apps outside of the ecosystem. (EZ Diag, etc)

EZDiag gone from Google Play store - I think it was removed by google. APK are available to download - but not getting a good feeling there.

I gave up on it, too much nonsense, not worth my time. So much worrying by the vendor about preventing abuse that it gets in the way of legit customers trying to make it work.

From your smartphone or tablet running Android4.0 or higher, go to Settings, scroll down to Security, and select Unknown sources. Selecting this option will allow you to install apps outside of the Google Play store.

Yea, but app wants to make permissions to make phone calls, probably google kicked them out for a reason. I am going to load it on my old phone.
