CAYENNE Wrong Valve body? Please HELP
I got new OEM valve body 95532503910, but it is different than mine!
Please can you look at the picture and tell me what these difference between old and new body is?
On NEW one is one hole more to plug or put something in...
Now I don't know what to do.
Please help.

Yes, Valve body was changed due the famous clunking, rough downshift from 5-4,4-3,3-2.
Well car ****s like new now, smooth with no clunking.
Rough 1-2 is still present, but this is TCM related not valve body. So TCM has to changed with newer SW version.

If you upgraded the valvebody you should also do the TCM at the same time. There was some back and forth on this but my techs were all adament about needing to do both since the new valvebody is a different design. Mine has been fine ever since.

I'll replace TCM also. I just have to figure out which part number I need and I'll make order.

If you look this TSB looks like that it needs to be 955618022AX.
So I'm not sure now which one is the right one...
Or will work TCM 95561802212 from MY05 which already have updated software?

I'm just parroting what I was told at the time but they (Hilton Head Porsche) said it had to be a new TCM to go with the new VB, and the tech was a good friend of mine so I trust his judgment. It wasn't expensive as far as Porsche parts go, $300 something. My thinking is it's probably technically possible to do a reflash but Porsche isn't having the dealers do it that way. They'd probably charge you $400 to do a reflash anyway.
