I just took possession of a 2004 S. I am getting a 4th gear clunk esspecially when downshifting from cruising in 6th. I didn't come across the issue on the test drive - other wise its in great condition. I also noticed that on the center display where it usually tells you the gear you are in (eg. m6, m5, etc) it sometimes has an icon that is a solid orange square with a D.. [D] or something like this... and it wont tell me the gear I am in until I turn the car off and on. Does anyone know what that symbol is? Thanks!"
