955618022AX is the remanufactured version of 95561802203. That will also work for you, but you'll need to send your current control unit back as a core. I don't think 95561802212 will work for you, but it might be worth trying if you have it laying around.

My TCM has SW 0363, according to this TSB I need sw600. So if I buy new 95561802203 TCM, wil this one have that updated sw??
Unfortunately I don't have 95561802212 TCM, I just have option to buy it used for good price.
I try to call few Porsche mechanics, but I can't get any answer... I would be so happy to pay for right information, but looks like that is impossible in our country...

XR4Tim, I was wondering how you found out the part #'s and if the would work? I have a '06 Turbo S and had it into the dealer for some other work (PCM Reprogramming) and I specifically asked them to check the transmission software and they said I had the latest and said they didn't need to re-program? Leading me to believe there was some kind of Piwis programming that the dealer can do?

I also believe, that 06 models already have updated software.

You can send it back after you get the new one, but you will be charged a core charge up front, which will be refunded when you send your old one back.

Ok here is update.
I replace old TCM with TCM 95561802212 which have sw0602. There was no need to update DME.
Now, rough up-shift 1-2 when the car is cold, is completely gone. It shifts like butter in all gears.
Also throttle hesitations in corners is almost completely gone. It's no 100% perfect but I can live with that.
Very happy

Looks like you have the 'updated' valve body. That is a 'check valve cavity and retaining bracket'. Nothing else required.
To confirm, your old VB should have 'A-3' stamped on it and the new should have 'C-1'. It should be on the top left corner of the VB using the your photo for orientation.
I suspect Porsche does require the new TCU for this new VB (I got the same story from my dealer in Northern California). I am no expert on this. To avoid that extra cost, I removed mine original VB and had it rebuilt so it would work with my original TCU.
