You would need to make changes to your user profile in order to receive messages.

Default PCM Shut Off Issue -2014 Cayenne
Hello jslo ,

I am currently having the shut off issue with my PCM system on my 2014 Cayenne it only has 23k miles on it , it has the 4.74 version and reboots every 2-5 min . I did the vehicle handover about 5 times now and no luck . Can you provide me with the 4.76 software update CD ? I would appreciate it . Also how do I tell exactly if my hard drive is dead or not ?

The best test is to remove the drive and see if the PCM continues to reboot.

Removed drive - no reboot = bad hard drive
Removed drive - continues to reboot = bad PCM

Without the hard drive you will loose functionality but the PCM will still work

Default PCM software update CD Needed 4.76
Hi All,

Can anyone provide me with a 4.76 version software update CD? I can’t find it anywhere online. The constant reboot of the PCM is incredibly annoying on my 2014 Cayenne and I am really hoping a software update will stop the reboot at least . I am not a tech guy or have all the technical skills to perform a clone of to SSD. I can’t direct message to jslo who I read has the CD .

If you're getting the reboot the update won't fix your issue, your hard drive is most likely corrupted and you will likely need a new one.
