The codes were P3081, Engine temp and P2181 Cooling system performance. The codes came on before I got out of the driveway. Maybe someone out there knows the why. The mesh is from the guys in England. I forget their name.
Just did a little research. Could be a faulty Transmission Disc valve. Anyone else have this problem when both codes show up?

Nice to see another VFR owner . I had a red 5th gen as well (wolf under seat exhaust, corbin smuggler seat, 6th gen factory hardbags with custom mounts), but had to sell it in favor of a black 6th gen. The red was out of place in my all black garage
Vman - they are such awesome bikes. I see you have the Corban seat a must for the VFR. I still have the factory red cowl that covers the back without going to a single. Yours is the first black one I've seen. But you got to mix it up some, you know go both ways.

Finally got some pics of these two together. Two cars, sold on Rennlist classifieds. Sold by sellers 1,600 miles apart. Now owned by next door neighbors. What are the odds, lol.

Thanks! I’m slightly jealous of my neighbor now, lol. I love the Aqua and the aero kit. But his car looks more overtly sporty and mine looks a little more subdued. But his wheels.....
Anyway, wasn’t luck. I looked a long time for a Turbo that called to me. Well over a year. My plan: have the cash ready to go. Relentlessly search ads. I did here, AutoTempest, Porsche USA as well as specialty dealers like Holt, Intersport, Merit Partners, etc. Plus PCar Market. I looked at those every day, multiple times. I made a note of what sold, at what price, and how fast. I knew what would speak to me. I saw one in CA that was listed here and it had a deposit in 4 hours, but I was on vacation. When my car listed, I had contacted the seller within 12 hours and we sealed the deal.
