Yeh they were scary..And unfortunetley I was there when people got killed. Not a lot of safety back then.. Not to mention the clutch blowing up and taking your feet off.. Those were awesome memories though.. My Dad didn't drive he just built and was the crew chief.. Was smater than to be a pilot...
