this color is a beauty!
but what's the deal with the steering wheel? I've never seen that on a 997.2... especially a '12 model.
no paddles??

That’s all? I would guess a bit more than that.

A couple with similar miles sold on BAT for about 65 earlier this year:
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...-911-turbo-70/ (this one seemed like a great deal to me in particular).

Those auction prices do feel a bit modest but I guess you have to account for the additional $4-5k buyer's fee, too.

I guess I missed those closings. I don't study the market but I always am curious to see what these cars sell for. Lately it seems some 07tt low miles cars were fetching in the 80s and 90s. Perhaps they were PTS or low miles (subjective in my opinion). Seeing mid 60s on a stock 07 makes me wonder about the value of mine.

I like Macadamia but with the body colored wheels, no thanks.

That's the multifunction wheel. They're definitely around. And yes, in order to have true paddles, you had to go to the wheel with no controls. If you wanted wheel mounted infotainment / trip computer controls, you needed to get the one with the goofy buttons.

ok. Going back to my earlier post, how is it that a 22k mile car goes for $83k, and a 55k mile car go for $65k. Both are 997.1 MT. What am I missing, really. Is mileage that costly?

According to this guy
, the standard mileage depreciation factor is $533/1000 mi. In this case the 33k mile delta between the two sales you mention would represent a $17,589 price differential. So that's about spot on.

BaT
08 Coupe/Manual

https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...-911-turbo-22/

Looks to be driven and enjoyed- a good thing. Seller claims coolant pipes were done- a good thing. Two bids to start out and first comment asking for DME report.

Photo 80 shows a missing 10mm nut.

Nice color combo. But... From the seller "Not sure what a DME report is, so i know I don’t have one."

I get tired of the endless DME (and IMS for non turbos) comments. BaT should require that for 997s and above.

Agree that its good its been driven - but given what has happened to BaT over the last 3 years or so then its probably not the right venue for a car that looks a bit ratty IMHO. barn finds and pristine collectors yes, but well-worn supercars no...
I would personally have had the car detailed before photos (paint looks poor, brake dust on wheels and tires, interior is rough) to save the seller from some of the peanut gallery.
