I was hoping this was going to be the one! But I found a few concerning things. Maybe some of you can weigh in.
Over Revs:
Range 1 is fairly common, but a some in range 2 and 3?
Body Condition: The dealer states that car was not tracked much, or at all. But lots of signs of track use by the brakes/ pitted windshield, rubber marks on the rear bumper lower area. Also to me it looks like they had huge tires on the car at some point, the fenders were touched up, and the liners were worth through. I definitely don't mind a car that has been tracked and maintained properly. But why not just state the obvious.
Here is what I would like feedback on. The left side of the engine compartment looks to have more and inconstant body sealer in areas, and it appears to be cracking. The left side looks much more " messy" and inconstant versus the right... I asked the dealer if they had run a paint meter on, they said yes, and it appears that the left quarter panel had readings that suggest it was " touched up".

Invasive body work such as what you have before you is a “major” item. Ask yourself this question: “Does minor bodywork and associated damage entail engine and frunk compartments?”
poor workmanship you’ve observed with a keen eye. A way to tell as well is the blending within said compartments.

it looks like some touch up may have been done on the rear quarter as they noted. The rear wheel arches look like they have a clay/putty look to them and painted over.
I don’t have access to my car to check the seam sealer in the engine bay, but I may have some video showing it. I can try and look and compare tomorrow.
If you’re concerned about rear quarter work though, one thing you can check is if there are outward dimples on the rear quarters. These would be from window seal removal and then having the rivets that secure the seal in fall into the double walled portion of the rear quarter. You can also remove the rear speaker cover, or have the shop do it, then remove the rear speaker, then bore scope inside of the quarter to see if there was any damage underneath. I can provide pics/info if needed but a shop should be able to do this if you were getting a PPI on the car.

Good eye looking it over.

@Bxstr Thank you for the recommendations on to further check if thier was a major repair done.
I didnt even notice the total operating hours versus the over rev hours. That is strange!
At this point I dont think I want to begin to move forward on this one. Hopefully the prospective buyer checks this car our thoroughly.
Oh, also the steering wheel is from a 997.2, or 991? I asked if the OEM wheel was availble and they said no... Strange again.

That also caught my attention. How could the last overrev occur at operating hour 1,566 when the total operating hours is only 1,275...?

Guys,
beyond all of the issues, the asking price for a .1 GT3 is exceedingly high. That’s near a grade 3.8/4 with less miles.
Your sealant will be somewhat linear with the same “stroke.” Machined applied (not like the 993 and prior).
Don’t waste your time anymore mate. If you have 100k to spend, a .2 GT3 is within reach.

Aside for the operating hour discrepancy, I don't see any issue with the range 1-3 overev. It's very minimal time spent in over rev. Now, the apparent bodywork I couldn't tell you about. I have noticed on other 911s similar work and the car was never involved in an accident. You may want to have a bodyshop specialist look at it.

I don’t buy that. I’d love to see those 911’s that have had frunk/engine bay body work without being on a jig.

The extra body/ seam sealer on the left side vs the right is very strange. Compare the photos. My thoughts are why would this be done without reason. I highly doubt the car left the factory with that inconsistency.

Definitely not great to hear. It's getting harder and harder to recommend a good source to buy GT cars from, or really any car.
You're going to be ready to buy come Jan/Feb? I'm sure one of us can tag you if a good car comes through. GT Vault, if you're not subscribed is a good resource. Other than that, just wait for whatever comes through. Before spring, there should be a couple more good offerings. Sounds like you want a .2 for around the $100-110k price? Both of those cars were very unique (given that they were in cool colors).

Not posting the price is a simple technique to attempt to garner some interest in a product that I have observed with multiple car dealerships. Regarding Merit Partners and the experience they offer, I cannot speak more highly of Burt, Jonathan and the entire team. When I bought a GT3 from them I went to go look at the car, but quickly realized that the trip wasn't needed. They were transparent and very helpful throughout the entire process.
