I don't think the car above is stock because the graphics are the older style and those weren't available from the factory for the 997-2 AFAIK. I have seen one PTS 997-2 GT3RS with a different color graphics so the answer to your question is yes:
I've been looking at quite a few GT3s and noticed that while most had gloss black 'lipstick' some were matte black. I assumed OEM was gloss black but saw it more than once. I couldn't tell if it was a wrap and the sales person didn't know.
Was the OEM 'lipstick' gloss or matte finish from the factory?
Still hoping someone can answer this as I search... Was the OEM painted center grill surround 'gloss' or 'matte' finish from the factory?

Thanks for the response! That car and the SW Riviera/Orange car are the ones that come to mind for me. The interesting thing is all DZL cars seem to be PTS, so I'm wondering if it was allowed on non PTS cars. I've a feeling it was though. I'll update if I find out for sure.
Thank you @ZombieBranz and @Stjoh!! I love Speed Yellow.
So far I had only owned kind of below the radar / boring colors cars (e.g. Agate Gray, Silver, White, Black) good for DD, but for the GT3, which will be my week-end car, I absolutely wanted either Yellow or Green!
BTW does anybody have a production info by color of the 997.1 GT3?
I do, at least for North American cars. There were 50 Speed Yellow cars. Only one PTS in Green for North America.

Asked this a few times without response. Hopefully, someone on here can chime in. Anyone know if owners could spec wheel/decal/stripe colors to be anything they wanted as a CXX option on a non PTS 997.2 GT3 RS? Or were the stripe colors limited on non PTS cars? Every so often one pops up that surprises me and I'm not sure if they're factory decals.
EDIT: Here's an extreme example. Not sure if this was factory or not though
You could indeed get deviating graphics colors on non-PTS cars - it was the option code 'DZL'.
This particular car in question, according to my data, is actually factory, It has both the DZL option as well as numerous SWZ options. I've seen it in person next to the owner's 73 RS which is the same color combo. (Sort of the same, obviously not Carrara White)
That is beautiful!!! Priced almost too good to be true if all is right.
Currently shown as sold per the website. I was working with the broker on a potential trade but in the end the trade offer was too low for me and there were too many unknowns with the car to convince me to pay a little more to make up for the trade difference - Lack of service history, broker wouldn't go through with a PPI at my cost but did get a dme readout (which was really clean - had 11 range 1s and none over that), gave me the sales pitch about how the car must be perfect because of miles and the current owner is rich and meticulous, etc. It also had 6 owners which may be fine but the reasons for the short-term ownerships were unknown to the seller. It may very well be a fine example, it's just frustrating when you cannot get simple answers and any history about the car. And why not go through with a PPI? Perhaps he had other buyers lined up who were willing to buy right away without one and didn't want me nitpicking over PPI findings.
