It has a section on options with all of the codes. Does not appear to be US specific though

Is this what you are looking for? This is the order guide for 2010. Likely the codes are the same for the newer cars, just may not have them all.

Thanks guys. This is pretty close to what I needed. There doesn't seem to be a solid source for the 4.0 and GT2RS specifically, but I'll leave that portion of the question out there just in case someone has a great idea where to find it.

He'll probably have a vette, a harley, and a GT2 by the end of the week. Then the next week he'll sell it all and get another RS.
