All parts ordered, heads torn apart. Have a solution for cams, working on CF plenums, resonator, 4.0RS airbox and possibly RSR rear decklid if we can figure out a way to deal with the rain!

Will put up some pics of the heads shortly, not super exciting, but they are pics...

Also working on getting the exhaust finalized. Have 3 choices, custom fabbed local guy who's done many GT3's with great results. M&M custom setup with silencers to try and keep it quiet below 4k and a Supersprint 4.0L setup. Need to keep the cats 200cpi preferred, either a very good center muffler and side pipes or extra silencers to keep volume down below 4k RPM.

Eddie is working on the M&M setup, I'll have Evolve work on the Supersprint and the local guy I will go and visit (thanks PJ!)

Any info and or photos of PJ's secret contact's custom exhaust?

Jamie... photos of even 'mundane' items are always welcome to keep things alive.

He's no secret - he did a group buy on exhausts and I think he sold 6 or so...

I can think of 4 guys including myself in the NW that have his custom set ups

He is Charles Dundon

Each exhaust is built to suit so there aren't any pics of the 4.2 exhaust yet

Jamie we all spend our money as we see fit but personally I would not recommend money spent on CF intake plenums, unless you plan on going RSR-style 6 TB set up.
The 4.0 CF intakes if you go OEM is about 5K. money better spent elsewhere.
I contacted Evolve-Supersprint and have not heard back from them.
I am perfectly happy with the M&M results and actually we're not finished in their development. Have some new ideas.

Keep us posted on the project. Love this stuff!

Jamie,
As PJS states, Charles Dundon is the way to go. Built system on my 6 GT3 and also current 7.1RS. Custom built to specs on intended use.

Completely agreed, I'm working with a local guy to make some of these items, the plenums, airbox etc... prices shouldn't be crazy and certainly not 5k for just the airbox like OEM.

Too bad the Evolve guys haven't gotten back to you, I'll check in.

It's likely down to M&M (waiting for Eddie to get back to me as I have the additional requirement of quiet for the street) and the Charles the local guy to me.

Thanks for the endorsement, been talking with him!

Some more pics of head work, taking out the old valve guide and putting in some more suited to our application!

I thought the OEM 7 GT3 head was a work of art already? Phew, you're taking it to a different level!
