Now that the 991 GT3 is here, will the value of the 997 GT3 go down ?

Saw the new Cayman in the flesh. Big deal. The original caused more emotional stir and was more anticipated.
The only version of the recent midengined Porsches that I think is cool: Spyder

Was checking out the new Cayman S at the dealer yesterday while my torque solutions transmission mounts were being installed in the RS. It's a really nice looking car, and right sized IMHO. Even the dealer commented that the new Cayman is the old 911, more sporty and more of an enthusiasts car versus the new 911. His words not mine. They are getting a lot of cross shoppers from Jag and Maserati types. If they come out with a new Cayman R I just might be tempted.
three cayman s
i love them.
but b/n all current GT cars vs box/cay, i take GT.
b/n 991 gt car and cayman, i cannot decide.

For no story, clean cars:
996GT3 has been stuck for years in the 45-55K range
997GT3.1 has been stuck for years in the 65-80K range
997GT3.1RS has been stuck for years in the 85-105K range
997GT3.2 had gone down to the low 90's and is there or up a bit
997GT3.2RS had gone down 110-125K range is now up to 125-145 range
997 4.0 the very few that have been sold went from initial hit to around low 200's to now about 230K and up.
I dont see much room for GT3's do go down much very soon...

Listing prices now seem solidly in the $110-120k range. While asking and selling prices can obviously differ there is a red one on ebay bid to $114k and talking with another dealer they are stuck solidly above that from a negotiating standpoint. Are cars really moving at those levels?
