Speaking of that... Do I need to have that "conversation" with Miguel?

A quick update.
It was hot 84f yesterday and 86 today.
Ran a few 2:19's yesterday not driving too great and a LOT of very slow cars blissfully unaware of faster cars coming up. Poor in car point by's and some so off line that you figure you are offered a pass only to get cut off. More close call than any other event in that respect.

Yesterday we went out maybe 4-5 times until the tank is empty so only about 45 minutes in the 4.0 gas guzzler with puny fuel tank.

I did not drive much today, just short runs to spare the car and I was driving crap because my hangover gave me vertigo. Too hot anyway, no grip after 6 laps.

Erik got coached by David Tuaty and he's finally up to speed. I followed him for about 20 minutes and he really nailed a few corners, I think he now has me beat in a few corners but I'm working on it. I was looking at my speed vs Erik's speed down the straits and I have to say the 4.0 is fast. At the end of the straight much faster means I take some corners different to scrub off more speed. His car is also setup a little better than my stock 4.0.

Following Erik and then 2 laps without Erik while still trying to ape his lines to see what it does, seems better but with cooked tires no fast lap, sorry for the crooked camera:

Clarke got a funny CEL. Code said irrattic high speed LOL

Sly had her front suspension collaps, Clarke went off dirt track style in T7 and cut a tire, he also spun in T17 and floored it going back wards and just not backed it into the wall.
Close call. There's video from all this ;-)

I'll try to upload some that I have tonight.

Look forward to night driving. The armada of race trailers pulling in was impressive..

Interesting day it seems. I'd venture to say that Clarke's LSD is totally used up at this point. Time for a rebuild. Post some vids for us winter kids.

He's a good driver for sure. He was all over my *** in the above video when I am following Eric and for sure we were holding him up in the corners.
It would be cool if he has video!

Sitting in the stands at the entrance to 17 at previous events and I always admired Mike Kim's line through 17. Nice to have a pro coach confirm what I thought.

Thx Krause. And peter gold. Freakin video cable got loose. First time.
Fun times. Thx peter and Erik for letting me follow you. Peter t17 I catch you and it's the new and improved line. Not slicks.
I need cheater slicks with my hp and chassis and gearbox disadvantage. 2.21 is great for me. With new lines from david tuaty who was great. I spent tues with him.
Theoretic best 219 so that'd my goal

Car is stock weight leather. Tempted to strip.

Peter 85. Like the new exhaust?
