Fixed it. BTW T3 looks normal to me. Against Nigels advice I liked to brake iot all the way in, as I am not comfy with a vcar rotating while floating withoiut either throttle or brake. I want a lottle rotation on the way in under braking. If I could do what Nigel can, Im sure there is time there.

Steve, there is a 2:19ish in there

Come for next garage day, we will go over this

I think t1 is ok on entry, not close enough to wall on right for entry, then u miss apex and need to hold on wall longer at apex....better track out

Brake too early for 5.....then ur too tight and coast

T7 a bit more trail brake and then get on gas hard

T10 wait til concrete turns to asphalt to turn in....then flat to 13, u lift

Bishops....well at least u don't hit the brakes like rad...but on hoho no need to lift twice and still not make it back left for 15

15a, need two tires on rumble on right

16 coast to apex...

But t17 is ur biggest problem. Turn in too early, the nose needs to point down the straight before bridge. If done right.....start squeezing throttle under bridle and by time car settles over last bump you are flat, opening wheel throtle steering to track out

I'm the furthest thing from an expert but that is a great critique of an already very fast lap.

BB - hold it down to the floor, no lift, it will hold

So, Trakcar spent another $100k to get in a 4.0RS and run 1 second slower? I can't tell the difference between Trakcar 4.0 and Trakcar 3.1/3.0, I have to look to the interior with the Red seats to tell the difference.

Maybe the cost vs risk factor has overcome the abilty of car factor? At some dollar amount you have to think twice about pushing the car. All it takes is a little bit of hesitation.

Then again, only second event in the car. And less mods on it.

Thanks for the tips Randy. If you give me too many, you might not be off in the distance anymore.

I know but I haven't been able to make myself go FLATOUT through BB yet. I need some Clarke courage minus the sideways me thinks.

No, I bought it because it exists and yes, I cant tell the difference either but I knew that before because I test drove quatro punto cero. We will see when the weather stays cold. First session on Saturday, it felt as if someone bolted a supercharger on the car... I will be happy with a 2:18, ecstatic with a 17 or 16 on RA1.

Its not the cost, I have insurance but even if not I dont think about it in the car and I always drive very careful anyway. I can drive a couple of seconds off any lap if I ever get suicidal.

Only mods are a less aggressive Guard LSD and taller upright. Other than that all is stock. There is a long way to go to make the car faster.

The absolute best way to crash is to listen to others saying you can take something flat.

Start with constant throttle application

Maybe 1/2 throttle to start and work up to it

Ur mistake is on - off approach that it unsettling the car
