congratulations. its beautiful and love this car in any color especially white. enjoy in good health!
My first porsche was my 997.1 GT3. I enjoyed every second with that car. My son has also even though he is only 4.
We are both anxiously waiting for our new one so pictures like yours definitely help pass the time.

Hey Fellas, Thanks so much for the well wishes....
Today, was another amazing day. Took her out to the country- long, windy roads and not a sole in sight, car or otherwise. Well, what can I say that you guys don't already know... on the road, this thing is planted. You go into corners with complete confidence, it stays flat and takes road undulations without issue... In our instruction manual, it says nothing about limiting the rpms to 4200prm and the guys at the dealership said to drive it so I did... It flew!!! Certainly stayed well off redline, warmed up thoroughly before opening up, moved through the gears both up/down and varied it heaps...
Having learned from you guys, I was at ease when I see the GT3 trademarks - eg. puff of smoke on start up, sluggish gear box when cold etc... I knew they weren't issues and just went about my business, having fun...
It was also great to see that there are people out there who appreciate a great looking and sounding car! I got a big thumbs up on 3 occasions, and was even followed by a courier who was snapping away or video recording on his iphone...
Too busy driving too snap away today so will post more soon...

PERFECTION!!!
Couldn't be happier for you! Talk about starting at the top of the pile with the first P car being a GT3! YIKES!!!
In any event, I like the photos, but PLEASE get it to the track and get some bug splatter on that front. It looks sooooo naked with such a clean front like that. Now off with you and go collect some bugs!!!

Is that Hamilton's? Some of it looks exactly the same as (literally) 20 years ago when I was there begging to get a 964 Carrera circa 1990. The sales cycle went something like "here, go drive this one, come back and we'll get the paperwork done for you."
Congratulations. In Australia, any 911 is an accomplishment, but a GT3 is extraordinary. Did you sell a kidney?

Yeh, they do tend to go tax crazy on us here but I managed to keep both kidneys this time... JUST!!! lol... I'm sure I won't be so lucky next time when I decide to add to the collection...
Yeh, you're right rodsky. It would seem that the reds and blacks have been selling best here too with the 997.2. The white certainly gets peoples' attention. Probably a little more that I would have hoped but I'm sure I'll get used to it...

Who says there's a feud goin on between Porsche and Nissan! These two seem perfectly happy under the same roof! Excuse the crooked photo, couldn't see the screen, had to hold camera against a wall to get them in the shot together and bonding...
