to make a long story short.... he was simply very rude.
My offer was reasonable and I clearly I had done my homework on that particular car... knowing its history from the registry and possibly he was caught off guard... regardless...
there is no excuse for rudeness and clearly salesmanship is lost on the gentleman that I spoke with...

Chris -- I am in no mood to extend one ounce of energy to help them improve anything after yesterday's exchange...
I asked to speak with the used car sales manager and was given to someone who answered the phone "sales desk" and when I asked "are you the used car sales manager?" I was told "I am as close as you are gonna git"... it was all downhill from there...
they can suck it

Thank you for not taking my generous offer! The car is now at GMG getting seats, rollcage, and suspension! I will be at willow springs next thursday! The good news for me is I keep my RS for the track and I will use my 2010 white RS for sunday drives.
