Allan- my 6 month home renovation is now going on 1 1/2 years(braindead contractor) Just got drywall last month- lol. That's why all of last year did only 4 events vs the normal 12/yr. Me likey beer : )- wait til u see my spare tire : (. Hope to see u all this season. Mike
I started this reno a full 10 years ago! Yes, 10 years ago I gutted two bedrooms in the basement and hired a builder to remove the bearing wall between them and put in a steel beam. That part got done and I got way too busy at work to finish it.10 years later I'm starting it up again and expanding the scope of the reno. Found out city hall doesn't have any notes about passing the steel beam installation. Had to contact the original engineer to get appropriate letters. Hopefully filing those and new permit application tomorrow.
In the meantime I'll continue with the gutting process so I can start installing all the construction supplies I've bought that are filling up the basement.
Re: spare tire: Some guys like to show off their 6-pack. I've got a keg!

If u got a keg I got a 55 gallon barrel : ). I like to go up to Oregon and make it a nice road trip. Hope it happens- look for summer. Lmk dates I'll try to work out dates. Mike

I am actually so jealous, I just got an offer locally for a guy to buy my RUF GT2, was going to contact none other then RAC for another deal, you beat me to it LMAO..
