Thanks for the write ups and posting the pictures. You're doing it right!

I am holding out for the RS with Euro delivery; White, lightweight lights, seats and nothing else!
Having driven on the cool roads in a bunch of times and I can't wait to do it in my own GT3..

Michael
Do you know the production date of your car?
We were at the factory on June 18th and while hanging around at the entrance I took some photos of a white US spec GT3 with steel brakes that was beeing road tested.
If you think that might be your car I can get you the photos if you like.

Hmmmm, The actual production finish date was June 10. I wonder just how soon after production they test them. Wow, what would the chances be of that!?!?!? Let me see if I can find some more info from my delivery guy at the factory!

Great thought and thanks for sharing!!! I will send you a PM with my email address just in case

I think you are right about this!

Fellow Rennlisters,

I made it on the Nurburgring Nordschleife Sat and Sunday. I will tell you this for now and keep in mind I have your best interests at heart. Now repeat after me...

The first thing I must do today is figure out how and when I will make it over to the Nurburgring!

Now lets go over that again!

The Nurburgring experience is that good!

I will post more details tomorrow. I am quite busy and want to absorb every bit of the experience here, not to mention that the track takes quite a bit of energy to get around.

It was my interstanding that you had to have a german drivers license to drive the ring. I hope this doesn't get in the way of your experience.

Nope ... you can drive it during tourist laps with a road legal car insurance and any full driving license recognised in EU ...
