I am loving my black RS...looks especially good with black wheels. I hope someone on this forum buys this car.

This is just an outstanding car with a HUGE upside. I am kicking myself for not waiting a couple years and having a chance at this car. Just kicking myself.

I appreciate the kind words fellas. I will be surprised if it doesn't sell on ebay at that price. But, you never know in this market. I'm only going to run the auction once and then pick it up if it doesn't sell. I just can't see lowering the price any further. Hopefully, I will get a legit bidder. Either way, I won't put it back on the track. It's never had a scratch and I want to keep it that way. Still have the race car for the waahoo factor.

me too.
You mean 997 RS or do you have a 996 RS import?

Anyway, the 3.8 is appealing.

I believe I read that a member claims to have a standing offer for his RS from a dealer for $125k. You may want to track him down and get his dealer's info. Probably not true but it's worth a shot.

Here you go. Probably blowing smoke, though.

Did you ever check with his dealer to see whether they would buy your car for $125k?

Yep. Moot checked for me. They already have an RS there and they don't want to take on another one.

Maybe Mooty's car is worth more because he refers to himself in the third person. Makes him seem important, like a celebrity (or nuts).

Good luck with the sale.
